Life is Miserable

I havent recovered fully from what has happened on personal life and here comes another shock in my professional life. Iam on the verge of losing my job.( Thanks to the global meltdown , “Resource Optimization” , it isnt confirmed yet, though!)

I dont know what to do? Iam pushed to the extremes! I still have some hope in life. I dont know what i should write! my mind is blank, i just hope i dont take any extreme measures that hurts me or others!

And I just hope not even my best enemy should be in my position. Life is very very miserable.

No blog for a week!

IAM in a complete state of shock. Yes First time in my life, i have lost something. The better part is it isnt any life. My house in chennai is completely under water and i have lost everything thats been in my house. (including electronic goods.. Iam blogging from a i-cafe :( ) Iam still not out yet. This is a valuable lesson for me and sometimes when nature strikes its little that we people can do. I just hope and pray everything turns good soon.

And my inspiration to stay calm has been derived from the way our country, people and the brave soliders reacted to the terror strikes in mumbai. As they say, life has to move on and i hope such things dont happen in future. My heartfelt condolences to all those who laid their life. (and this is the 1st time i really understand the feelings of loss from my heart when i say such a statement)

And inspite of all these losses, i decided to watch Varnam Ayiram to cheer up myself. Though i liked the movie in parts, i wouldnt call it a great movie. But the romance part in the first half (between surya & Sameera : love panna ipdi pannanum da :P) definitely brought a smile to me in otherwise a horrific last 4 days. It would definitely take a week for me to setup my entire house again and till then iam going to miss this space! :(

 What pleasure do you have in seeing us go red? You made me wait all day for you and haven’t come yet! We still dont know when you will come!? And you know what, I didn’t go to office today because of you, you stupid! What pleasures do get in stopping us from doing our work? Do you know how much trouble you have given us you silly gal?  

• Our street Annachi had to close his shop early this evening fearing your early visit  and I dint have razor so iam looking like a Devadas! L).
  
• I couldn’t watch the India’s thumping win over the poms because of the frequent power cut (The EB was also blaming you!! Sigh)
  
• Our next door baby was crying for hours and his mother was citing you as reason.
  
• My bike wasn’t starting and I couldn’t go to my favourite restaurant! L

I have this BIGGGG doubt!! Why do they always keep a girl's name to a hurricane? Aren't women meant to be very soft and sweet? (atleast to all those leaders and authorities) :P

My New Inspiration!!

Ok, Here is some confession!!

I was a random blogger before, writing about so many things on the society, political scenario and movies(which I shouldnt have may be!?). I couldnt blog for more than a year  and i never missed it because i was busy with so many things in life. Oflate i was having some free time so i decided to re invent my passion for blogs.

This time i decided let me be "The Shadow Blogger" (i mean to be anonymous :) )  and decided i will share only the good, better and best moments of my life and have been doing the same so far. But this one is going to be an aberration.

Iam angry on someone here.  I have this colleague of mine who is around 50 years. He had joined our office this june and often he keeps to himself. Iam one of the biggest chatterbox of my office, its very difficult for people to escape my radar. Today as we both were working late, I started bothering him with a casual conversation and slowly it moved to his family. ( To be honest, I was expecting him to say that he has a cute girl and would introduce her to me later). But I got the crudest shock of my life. He lost his ONLY  son to cancer 3 years ago. He also said his son was just 18 years when he passed away. I just couldn’t control myself, tears ran through my cheeks and I just couldn’t control myself and choked. He just said its ok and consoled me.

 Now when I look back, I just admire this poor dad the way he is carrying on with life unlike others who whine and lose their focus in life after such a monumental loss. Imagine, he has lost his only son whom he and his wife had loved so much. But, This gentleman amazed me today. He still has the passion to learn new things in life and goes about life in his own way. Hats off! I salute this gentleman for the respect he has shown for life.

 Well I don’t know whether I will sleep this night, iam sure in the last 3 years he must have had innumerous sleepless nights!

 Now where is he? where is that guy whom we all have been searching for! where are you sir?  When are YOU going to change Mr. Gawd?
